Stormwater Management Statement and Plan
Dear Mr. Mikesh:
We have reviewed the responses to the plan review letter dated August 2, 2007 and the
revised information to the stormwater management for the proposed Summerwind
Plantation Subdivision-Phase IA. The stormwater management plan has been approved
with the following stipulations:
1. Please be advised that the total nitrogen calculations must be revised as
subsequent phases are proposed for development.
2. Please be reminded that attenuation and downstream impacts must be fully
addressed for all future phases of the development.
