The Division is returning your consultant's requests for remission of the subject civil penalty cases.
Remission requests must be received within 30 days of the delivery of enforcement documents via
Certified Mail. Records from the USPS show that the subject case documents were delivered on
6/30/2017, making 7/30/2017 the due date for a response. The remission requests [attached] were
received on 8/1/2017, outside the 30 -day window.
Please instruct your consultant to submit all remission requests promptly, to prevent missing the
30 -day deadline.
