This correspondence is in reference to fisher River Wetland and Dexep Creek
Wetland and Stream Mitigation Banks develope y met Wetlands. Specifically,
the Deep Creek site is consists of 70.745 acres and is located on the west sidle of Dinkins
Bottom Road (SR 1570), south of US Highway 421, southwest of Yadkinvx-&, adjacent
to Deep Creek and one of its tributaries, in Yadkin County, North Carolina. The Fisher
River site is consists of 99.81 acres located on the east side of SR 1338, approximately
0.5 mile southeast of SR 1331, southeast of Blevins Store, in Bryan and Framklin
Townships, approximately 5-6 miles northwest of Dobson, in Surry County;, North
Carolina. The site is bordered to the east by Fisher River and to the south by Big Branch.
Reference is made to the Year-Five Monitoring Report dated Januarv+2008,
received in our office on February 1, 2008 and the subsequent site inspectioms conducted
by the resource agencies in April and May 2008 to review the projects and dietermine
whether the remaining available credits are releasable. Accordingly, based tupon a review
of the information provided in the monitoring reports and the site inspections, all
members of the Mitigation Banking Review Team have determined that all rrernaining
credits (40%) of the wetland and stream credits are now available since succaess criteria
have been met. Furthermore., you are hereby released from any further monitoring on
either site.
