This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing two pipes in jurisdictional
areas in Bertie County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Locations are on UT's to
Loosing Swamp, Stream Index No. 25-14-1-6-1, Chowan River Basin.
Existing 18" X 32' RCP will be replaced by a 24" X 32' CAP at N 36.21508° W 76.99603°.
Existing 24" X 36' RCP will be replaced by a 30" X 36' CAP at N 36.21523° W 76.99532°.
