In the last sentence in the Climbing Lane Discussion section, you can change wildlife passages to wildlife travel corridors, habitat,
shading, and water quality.
In the last paragraph before the Conclusion, I requested a third culvert barrel (or a floodplain pipe) be added to accommodate
wildlife passage.
I would also suggest that all references to Old Shulls Mill Road specify north or south for clarity.

Hi Teresa,
My only comment about the notes is the sentence that is directly attributed to me on page 2, near the bottom of the
page. What I said was that the numbers as presented do not appear to support the traffic congestion purpose and
need. I may have misunderstood, but the delay numbers and the improvements in those numbers with the project
appeared to be so small as to be inconsequential.
