Yes this is a doozy.
The JD remains valid with the current IP expiration date so they are good there. I have not looked hard at the
access road around the headquarters but I doubt it will rise to the level of needing a public notice. The reason
you have two formats was an artifact of Joanne and 1. Jo liked to use the PCN form as it provided more
information and it provided everything necessary for an IP modification request. But yes these are both IP mods
that just happened to come in at the same time in different formats, both of which we can accept.

Is this project not part of the IP?
For both projects, does the JD need to be re -verified? Will a public notice be required for the IP modification?
