Existing Site Conditions
The proposed Blue Rose Mitigation Site is located approximately 2 miles west of Whitakers in
Nash County (Figures 1 and 2). The GPS coordinates of the site are 36°5'58.45"N and
77044'3.757"W. The site is currently active cropland. However there are two small areas with
some forest incorporated inside of the easement as well.
