Dear Mr. Kissel:
On August 8, 2017, this Office performed an inspection at the subject site. Based on the
inspection it was observed that sediment had entered upstream of the approved stream crossing. General
maintenance is required of the silt fence at the area of concern and the sediment that had left the project
boundary needs to be removed.
I have received your response from my earlier email. It is anticipated that the required
cleanup and repairs will be completed by August 30, 2017. If the completion date needs modifying,
please provide justification. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any
