D&A WOLVERINE PLLC WAS CONTRACTED TO PROVIDE BY-PASS STORM DESIGN TO RESOLVE A USACE/NCDEQ NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND ADD A MINOR SANITARY
PER CONVERSATION WITH TOWN OF MIDLAND ENGINEER A SLOPE OF 0.4% FOR THE 42" RCP PIPE WAS ACCEPTABLE GIVEN THE SITE CONSTRAINTS. SITE CONSTRAINTSTHE SITE IS ASSUMED TO BE AN EXISTING CONSTRUCTION
SITE WITH APPROVED SOIL EROSION & SEDIMENT CONTROL PLANS, MEASURES AND PERMITS APPROVED AND ANY ITEM DAMAGED ON THE SITE OR ADJACENT AREAS, AS PART OF STORAGE OR STOCKPILE AND OR AS
A RESULT OF CONSTRUCTION, DELIVERY OR OTHER ACTIONS. REPAIRS SHALL BE
IT IS ASSUMED THAT THIS PROJECT IS AN ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE WITH APPROVED PLANS AND PERMITS IN PLACE AS DESIGNED AND PREPARED BY OTHERS. D&A
