Anthony,
After consulting with the folks in regard to the project, the proposed work for dredging and bank stabilization will occur
in an area of the intake canal that has been heavily armored with rip rap. No buffer exist in the area proposed for
work. Please see the attached photograph of the area proposed for work.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.

Steve,
Per our discussion, could you provide the pictures and information we discussed in our meeting last week to address the
concerns about possible buffer impacts associated with the dredge project?
Thanks,

Mr. Cahoon,
Upon review of the PCN application for the dredging of the existing intake canal and proposed 425 of bank stabilization,
more information will need to be provided regarding the amount of buffer impacts associated with the stabilization
activity. In addition, a modified PCN should be submitted if any permanent impacts within the riparian buffer are
proposed. If you have any questions, I would be glad to discuss it with you during our meeting on Monday.
