JAY ZIMMER L&N Director On May 3, 2017, Anthony Scarbraugh of the Division of Water Resources (DWR) inspected proposed temporary impacts of 381 acres of wetlands by soil disturbance and permanent impacts to 15 19 acres of waters for fill/plug for wetland restoration/reestablishment and enhancement at the subject property located off Bay City Road near Aurora, Beaufort County This project was inspected for compliance with the General Water Quality Certification (GC) #3900 with Additional Conditions issued on March 30, 2012 for the proposed project The GC approved temporary impacts of 381 acres of wetlands and permanent impacts to 15 19 acres of waters to complete your project as described in your application received by DWR on February 6, 2012 The inspection revealed that_ the project has been completed Impacts did not exceed beyond the footprint of those approved.
