Subject: Camden SR 1211 Joys Creek Road Pipe Replacement Courtesy Notification

This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Camden County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to the
Dismal Swamp Canal, Stream Index No. 30-3-2, Pasquotank River Basin.

Existing 18" X 35' RCP will be replaced by a 30" X 35' CAP at N 36.43284° W 76.31698°.
