NCDOT will be stabilizing the shoulder of SR 1104 Goshen Road in Hyde
County. Approximately 42 linear feet of shoreline will be stabilized with Class B stone
on Middle Town Creek. A CAMA General Permit has been requested from DCM for this
project.
