I hope that you had a nice weekend. Please find attached to this email links to allow
download of the Nationwide 14/ Water Quality Certification 4088 permit application
package for the U-4726DD (Roger Road sidewalk) project. This project involves the
construction of a sidewalk along the west side of Rogers Road in the Town of Carrboro
(Orange County), NC, and was authorized in 2014; however, prior to project
construction, the approved NWP 14 expired in March with the expiration of all 2012
Nationwide permits. We would like to reapply for a Water Quality Certification 4088
and buffer authorization on behalf of the Town of Carrboro.
Please note that the first of the attached links contains items 02 through 09 of the
permit application package (item 01 is a cover letter written to the USACE for this
project and was intentionally omitted from this package). The second attached link
contains the pdf plan set, which I kept separate due to its size. We will also include you
on the submittal to the USACE. Upon opening the previews with the links below, there
will be a large'Download' button on the right side of the window that will allow
download of the files.
