On behalf of Joe Laws, PE, Division Project Manager, the preliminary plans for the above referenced project have been
completed. The Final Design Field Inspection is scheduled for August 16, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Division 11 Conference
Room. The electronic files and the PDF plans and cross-sections have been placed on Connect NCDOT as noted on the attached
letter. The green sheet commitments are also attached to the FDFI letter. Please let me know if you have any questions or need
additional information.
