During our phone conversation on Tuesday, July 11, the USACE requested the driveway side slopes be
changed from 3:1 to 2:1 while the 12 -foot travel surface remained the same. With this modification the
driveway fill will be a total of 20 wide and require 0.08 acres of wetland fill. The fill for the house remained
the same. It was my understanding from the phone conversation that with this additional minimization then
compensatory mitigation will not be required for this project. Attached are the revised drawings as requested.
