Room of the Spring Lake Town Hall located at 300 Ruth Street, Spring Lake, 28390
NCDOT representatives will be available at the Pre-Hearing Open House

NCDOT proposes to widen existing NC 210 from the proposed Fayetteville
Outer Loop to NC 24-87 (Bragg Boulevard) to a six lane median divided roadway and
upgrade it to a freeway The proposed improvements will accommodate the expected
increase in traffic on NC 210, due to the future closing to civilian traffic of NC 24-87
(Bragg Boulevard) on the Fort Bragg Military Reservation The project will require the
acquisition of additional right of way and the relocation of some residences and
businesses
The Department's preferred alternative and another studied alternative will be
presented Public input on the alternatives is being received Selection of the
alternative to be constructed will be determined following the end of the public
comment period
