Apparently the fellow owns a rafting business and he is concerned that the summertime detour will impact his business. The bridge crosses near the end of Grassy Creek where it dumps into the South Fork New River. We usually don't see trout moratoriums on the South Fork. As such, and considering the above, is it possible to waive the moratorium here? If not, is it possible to end the moratorium on March 15Y? That way we could start 6 weeks sooner and minimize summertime work that may impact the rafters. Please reply all so everyone is in the loop. Thanks.
