Attached is the revised Wetland Impact Summary sheet for R-5752. The discrepancies
have been addressed:
1. Permit Site #2 – the total impact is 461LF – 110LF for the pipe and 361LF for the
relocation of the stream. The Surface Water Impacts are duplicate impacts that
the consultant showed impacts in acres and linear feet. The Surface Water
Impacts were removed.
2. Permit Site #3 – The rip-rap is shown on the slopes at the outlet, not within the
stream.
3. Your comment regarding the <0.01 acre of impact is moot since the duplicate
impacts, i.e. stream vs. Surface Waters, has been eliminated for Permit Sites #1,
#2, #3 and #4.

Subject: stream impacts for R-5752
Jim,
There is a discrepancy between the stream impacts on the application (PCN form) and
what is in your wetland and surface waters impact summary sheet. Here are my issues
Site 1 is fine
Site 2 on the PCN you have 461 LF of permanent impacts and 50 LF of temporary
impacts on the impacts summary sheet you break out the stream impacts for the 30”
RCP as 110 LF of permanent impacts and 50 LF or temporary impacts. For the relocated
ditch impacts you have 361 LF of permanent impacts. This comes to 471 LF of
permanent impacts for site two NOT 461 LF. So, I think you added 10 feet in there
somewhere.
Site 3 on the PCN you have 145 LF of permanent impacts and 70 LF of temporary
impacts. You also have 14 LF of riprap. Is the 14 LF a part of 145 LF of impacts or in
addition to? The 14 LF of riprap impacts is not mentioned in the impact summary sheet.
Could you also let me know the real amounts for the <0.01 impacts
