Attached is the Cover Letter, PCN and Permit Drawings for the replacement of Bridge
250052 (B-5691) along SR 1006 over South River in Cumberland County. Permanent
Wetland impacts amount to 0.02 acres. This bridge did sustain damage as the result of
Hurricane Matthew, but was repaired by NCDOT Division 6 Bridge Maintenance. The
bridge is still in poor condition and must be replaced asap.
Since permanent impacts are low, it is expected that NCDEQ DWR written concurrence
is not needed.
