Donna O From: Beam, Patricia Sent: Thursday, July 27, 2017 9:26 AM To: Kichefski, Steven L SAW (Steven.L.Kichefski@usace.army.mil) <Steven.L.Kichefski@usace.army.mil>; Hood, Donna <donna.hood@ncdenr.gov> Subject: Drainage pipe repairs, Hwy 27, Lincolnton, Lincoln County The North Carolina Department of Transportation proposes to provide riprap stabilization at the end of a 24" stormwater pipe (2% slope) which is located adjacent to a small seep wetland that drains to an intermittent stream channel, unnamed tributary to South Fork Catawba River (WS-IV watershed) on Hwy 27 West, Lincolnton, NC. The project will not impact any federally listed T& E species (survey conducted 4/2/17). Attached is the NLEB streamlined consultation form for USACE/USFWS purposes. There will be no impacts on historical structures (NCDOT Cultural Resources Review- Internal Tracking No. 17-06-0015).
