Sediment, draining wetlands, etc.). Is stream(s) free of unpermittable impacts? Is wetland(s) free of unpermittable impacts? Is open water(s) free of unpermittable impacts? Are other standards being met (turbidity, pH, etc.) in all surface waters onsite? Are surface waters on the site free of illegal discharges? The stream was cleaned of excess sediment. DOT staff and contractor explained that thev were workinq with downstream landowners to ensure JS within their properties is free of excess sediments. More work mav need to be done with subsequent storm events as fillinq and qradinq continues alonq this steep area. DOT will keep close attention to area. Stormwater convevance in this area is under studv for potential revision to help minimize downstream impacts. page: 2
