Buffer 2 has temporary impacts in Zone 1, totaling 1,848 SF and 3,778 SF in Zone 2. Mitigation is not required nor requested for Buffer 1 and Buffer 2 impacts. The PCN requests mitigation for Buffer 3 impacts totaling 8,327 SF due to a gravity sewer line. However, it appears as though the impacts are in Zone 2, which do not require mitigation. Please let us know if you feel this is inaccurate. April may remember more specifically, or have emails that she can find that may help clarify this further.
