These procedures are applicable to small drainage areas and include provisions to account for urbanization. The following procedures outline the use of the SCS-TR 55 method. Peak The SCS peak discharge method is applicable for estimating the peak runoff rate Discharges from watersheds with homogeneous land uses. The following method is based 3.10.2 on the results of computer analyses performed using TR-20, "Computer Program for Project Formulation- Hydrology (SCS 1983).
