We need to know if the roadway work is being done by DOT for the purpose of accommodating the Fire & Rescue station. My understanding from NCDOT is that this pipe is part of there roadway design and therefore permitted and mitigated that way and was not done to accommodate the FD. THE FD did not own this land until fairly recently. • This site drains to ORW waters, therefore it is subject to state stormwater permitting per 15A NCAC 02H .1021. You'll need to submit an application to the stormwater unit in Raleigh. If you have any questions about that please contact Robert Patterson in the stormwater unit. I will modify the PCN to indicate this falls under the ORW rules and will not review the low density supplement that you submitted. Noted and I will submit there. • Your plans do not show the existing stream location/alignment. We need to see the surveyed stream location and you need to determine impact length as the length of the thalweg of the stream, not the length of the pipe. Please submit a modified plan sheet and update the impact table in the PCN and resend that page with the changes.
