To Whom It May Concern,
I am submitting this letter on behalf of the Winston-Salem / Forsyth County Schools to
inform NCDENR, Division of Water Quality, Surface Water Protection Section that Old
Richmond Elementary School Wastewater Treatment Facility is now closed. The facility
is currently utilizing a subsurface wastewater disposal system approved and permitted
through the NCDHHS Water Protection Section and the Forsyth County Health
Department.
