Stream impacts include the installation of 1- 12x6 box culverts, 1-5' diameter CMP, box to be in the stream bed, 10% box bottom will be buried to allow
critters to pass thru. Sandbags and by-pass pump will be used for dry install of box culvert and pipe, this will be a temporary disturbance. Bottom of
stream is rocky so minimal disturbance will take place if sand bags are used.

Rail crossing is at straightest section of stream we could get it to, and extensive headwalls & retaining walls will be used to minimize length of
stream impact. No other options or properties available in area to do this type development.

Sand bags will be used to dam up stream and a bypass pump used to bypass water during the installation of the storm structures. Crane will be
