I wanted to state that I disagree with a statement in the meeting package. Under the LEDPA heading on page 2 it says "The Best-
Fit Build Alternative includes the following elements:" then has bulleted items, some describing the typical sections. None of
that was on the form that was signed and I clearly indicated at that meeting that I was willing to sign the CP 3 form selecting the
Best-Fit, as opposed to the No-Build, and that the issue of how far the climbing lane should extend was part of minimizing
impacts and would be addressed at the 4A meeting when more information was provided. I don't see any changes to the figures
in the package form the last meeting, so no further minimization, it appears. I do appreciate the addition of the zoomed in area
closest to the bridge showing the floodplain, but would like for that info to be extended to the northern Old Shulls Mill Rd.
intersection. That area is also close to the river and it appears widening is going toward the river in that area. I hope we can
agree on further minimization at the meeting.
