1. The applicant did not sign the application (See attached). The applicant certification (item X) must be
signed. The owner's certification only needs to be signed if different than the applicant.
2. The project name on page 1 of the application is Hidden Lakes, while all other documents show it as Rolling
Springs Section 8.
3. 1 cannot tell for sure, but it doesn't appear the original signed documents were submitted. They appear to be all
copies. SWU-101, supplement form, and deed restrictions.-
