I've reviewed your application requesting a Water Quality Certification for the replacement of Bridge # 63 over Hadnot
Creek (DWR project # 20170361). Water Quality General Certification No. 4085 is issued for this activity. The revised
application reduced total wetland impacts below .10 acres, therefore written approval is not required for this GC
provided all the conditions can be met. If any of the conditions cannot be met, written approval may be required. Let
