Please include this supplemental information in those packages for your review. The areas of wetness in the table below were discovered in May of 2017 and communicated to Teresa Rodriguez on May 23, 2017 via email. These new areas of wetness were sampled, where determined necessary and possible, in accordance with the Riverbend Plan for Identification of New Discharges (8 May 2015 version). Three of the four areas are located upstream of NPDES outfall 003 and any water from these areas would be released into wastewater process flow paths. The fourth area of wetness is located upstream of proposed outfall 001 and any water from this area would also be released into the wastewater process flow. Attached are the analytical data for these areas of wetness as well as a map that indicates the locations of these areas.
