schad-ulao for the Accalarted Rarnadizdicn sitar scbrnittad in February 2017. In that lett-Or DF U
stated that, "if the anticipated milestune dates in this request are altered. please inform the
appropriate DEu Regional Office and Central Office via email, documenting the reasons for any
changas."
Duke Energy is pra.iding the umcloaad updated schedule fur the Balc..a Crack pr_c'act tc
formally request schedalu extension. The schedule has been adjusted for the fallowing two
items:
1) the extended DEU revievv period fur the 60% Basis of Design,
2) uncelTainty with timing of NPDLS permit modifications that are required LU Complete
start-up of the ayatur„a.
