Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations.
Be advised that "Composite Sample Time" and "Total Composite Time" must be entered on the EDMR for
those parameters which require Composite Sampling on the NPDES Permit. Those parameters consist of: BOD,
Ammonia Nitrogen and TSS on your permit. Please begin recording your "Composite Sampling Times" and "Total
Composite Times" immediately on the EDMR.
