Hi Dave,

I was reading through the 401 permit and noticed that General Condition 1 states that all pipes will be buried. There are two pipes
that are not buried on the project. The permit plans did indicate this for Sites 1 and 2. Not burying these pipe extensions were
discussed at the 4B meeting. Site 1 pipe extension was not buried because the existing pipe is not buried and there are numerous
drops and junction boxes throughout the system. For site 2, the culvert extension, the existing culvert was not buried, so we
matched the new extension pipe. Is there a waiver for this condition?
