The Non -Compliance Notification Report submitted by the City of Saluda indicates a violation of permit
conditions stipulated in the subject permit. The notification indicated solids were lost from the WWTP
from the primary clarifier as a result of high flows on April 6, 2017. Permit condition Section C.2.
requires the Permittee provide the operation and maintenance resources necessary to operate the
existing facilities at optimum efficiency.
