Derrick,
Just to follow up, you'd only need to fill out the express stream determination form if you need the site visit this
week/chose to go express. Sorry on my end for forgetting to send the regular form (and thanks to Lyn for updating it
and sending it to you), I was just sending you the regular form so that you'd have options, and so that you could at a
minimum send in the regular form so that you'd "be in line" while deciding if you were in a time crunch and thought
express would be the better option.
Thanks also for the property/location information, I've pasted in a couple of screen snapshots (aerial, USGS topo, and
NRCS soils maps) just to confirm that I'm looking in the right location. I'm guessing (or, I can't remember if you told me)
that the feature you're looking to have identified is the one that shows on the NRCS soil survey map coming into the
South Prong of the Bay River.

I did not get the routine stream determination form, only the express If i need the express for a meeting on site
this week, do both forms need to be filled out or only the express?
The property is the two adjacent empty parcels owned by Jessie B Cahoon located on the southern side of Hwy
55 in Alliance NC, approx 10 miles east of the intersection of Cooper Rd. and Hwy 55 The property is
adjacent to the South Prong off of the Bay River
