Subject: Expiration of NPDES Permit NCO085189
Jose's Restaurant WWTP
Rockingham County
Dear Ms. Duvall:
The subject permit expired on April 30, 2017. You did not request
renewal of the permit prior to expiration. Under both Federal and State
rules for discharge permits, NPDES permit NCO085189 is Inactive, and cannot
be renewed. This letter is to close the permit file for the Division, and
for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface
waters, you must first apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact Charles H.
Weaver at (919) 807-6391 or via e-mail [charles.weaver@ncdenr.gov].
