The central office has received your request for Section 401 Modification Approval
related to US 64 Safety Improvements (R-2409C).
Due to the fact that written modification is needed, the project cannot be reviewed until
fees have been submitted.
Fees for this project would be in the amount of $240.00 and could be submitted in any
of the following ways:
1. If Project is being DOT funded have DOT provide me with the WBS Element code
that would allow internal transfer.
If Project is not being DOT funded:
A. A check made out to NC Division of Water Resources can be mailed
