Because a response to our request has not been received, the Division of Environmental Management is returning your application. A copy of your application has been submitted to our Central Files for future reference Should you desire to reactivate your permit request, please advise the Division of Environmental Management in writing and resubmit a new complete application with the appropriate application processing fees Construction of wastewater discharge facilities without a permit may be considered a violation of Division of Environmental Management Regulation 15 NCAC 2H 0101 and the North Carolina General Statutes (GS 143-215 1).
