1. INSTALL SPECIAL STILLING BASINS AND IMPERVIOUS DIKES 7& 8. INSTALL GEOTEXTILE IN STREAM BED THEN LAY 24" TEMPORARY PIPE NO. 3 AND BYPA55 PUMP. INSTALL TWO bb" CSP'S AND TEMPORARY HEADWALLS.
2. CONSTRUCT DETOUR ALIGNMENT AND SHIFT TRAFFIC ON TO DETOUR ALIGNMENT
3. INSTALL SPECIAL STILLING BASINS, IMPERIVOUS DIKES 1& 2, LAY 24" TEMPORARY PIPE NO. 1 AND BYPASS PUMP. ALSO FACILITATE "TEMPORARY PIPE TIE" FOR 24" CSP DETOUR CROSSPIPE.
4. REMOVE EXISTING BRIDGE 960700 AND BYPASS PUMP UNTIL BOTTOM SLAB OF CULVERT 960700 IS IN PLACE.
5. CONSTRUCT THE BARRELS OF PROPOSED CULVERT 960700, THE WESTERN WINGWALLS OF 960700 AND CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS ON THE LEFT BANK AT THE DOWNSTREAM END OF THE CULVERT.
b. REROUTE 24 INCH TEMPORARY PIPE NO. 1 THROUGH CULVERT 960700.
7. INSTALL IMPERVIOUS DIKES 3& 4. BYPASS PUMP UNTIL BOTTOM SLAB OF CULVERT 960403 IS IN PLACE. THEN LAY 24" TEMPORARY PIPE NO. 2 THROUGH CULVERT.
NOTE: ONLY A PORTION OF CULVERT 960403 WILL BE CONSTRUCTED IN PHASE 1 UP TO THE NOTED CONSTRUCTION JOINT.
8. CONSTRUCT BARRELS OF CULVERT 960403, THE WESTERN WING WALLS, AND THE UPSTREAM CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS.
9. CONSTRUCT -LREV- ALIGNMENT.

1. SHIFT TRAFFIC FROM DETOUR ON TO -LREV- ALIGNMENT AND REMOVE DETOUR ALIGNMENT AND ASSOCIATED DETOUR DRAINAGE.
2. CONSTRUCT IMPERVIOUS DIKES 5 AND 6 AND RECONFIGURE IMPERVIOUS DIKE 2. (REMOVE IMPERVIOUS DIKE 1 FROM PHASE 1.)
RECONFIGURE 24 INCH TEMPORARY PIPE 1. TEE IN 24 INCH TEMPORARY PIPE 3 IN TO TEMPORARY PIPE 1 WITH A TEMPORARY PIPE TIE.
3. CONSTRUCT EASTERN WINGWALLS OF CULVERT 960700 AND CONSTRUCT REMAINING CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS OF CULVERT 960700.
IN ADDITION, COMPLETE CHANNEL REALIGNMENT OF TRIBUTARY AT OUTLET END, RIGHT BANK OF 960700.
4. REMOVE IMPERVIOUS DIKES 2, 5& b AND 24" TEMPORARY PIPES NO. 1& 3 AND ESTABLISH FLOW THROUGH CULVERT 960700.
5. REMOVE EXISTING BRIDGE 960403.
b. CONSTRUCT REMAINING PORTION OF PROPOSED CULVERT 960403 WITH EASTERN WINGWALLS AND DOWNSTREAM CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS.
7. REMOVE IMPERVIOUS DIKES 3& 4, 24" TEMPORARY PIPE NO. 2, AND SPECIAL STILLING BASINS. ESTABLISH FLOW THROUGH CULVERT 960403.
8. FINALIZE CONSTRUCTION OF -LREV- ASSOCIATED DRAINAGE.
