WBS element to debit is 45552.1.1 for this project.

I was on the DWR Permit Tracker website this morning for another project and thought I
would click on I-5504 and see what was there. With the wonders of modern technology
I found that it is on hold and there is an email from yesterday (attached) to Bill that they
had a WBS question. Just making sure that this was received/handled with Bill being
out.
