Please see attached email I sent to Mr. Tabor earlier today. Could you further address Mr. Tabor's concerns about Basin 8.1B? I
explained that DOT was conducting maintenance, but perhaps more detail is needed relative to DOT's erosion and
sedimentation control program. Also attached is a video that Mr. Tabor shot in May of this year (sent to me today), which
shows Basin 8.1.B during a storm event.

Thanks for the video. Phil Suggs and Amy Euliss are more informed relative to DOT's erosion control program for this
project. Hope you had a good holiday.
