We have been invoicing Geroge Kritchbaum for this project for over two years now and have not
received any response.
Before I invoice him again I wanted to see if you have had any correspondence with him. Note
that he will need a new invoice before we can accept payment now, his previous invoices have
expired and he now owes $94,639 if he wishes to use EEP for mitigation.
