Original plans when US 117 was built did not show any defined channel on the upstream side of the road (eastside) only riprap lined parallel base ditches that mainly carry roadway water. There are no jurisdictional features or defined channels coming to R/W. On the downstream side (westside) a parallel base ditch flows into a wetland system as shown on original plans.
