Folks,
Please accept this permit modification request. This project is currently under
construction and so the modification, if permitted, is needed soon.
As construction neared the location of a proposed stream relocation, it became
apparent that the originally proposed relocation would not be possible — our
geotech folks recently warned against doing the excavation into the
mountainside due to an unstable slope above the site. Therefore, we find it now
necessary to install a drain pipe system to intercept the stream and ground water
discharge.
Please advise if you need any further information and thank in advance for any
quick assistance you may be able to provide.
