Please accept this permit modification request. This project is currently under
construction and so the modification, if permitted, is needed soon.
As construction neared the location of a proposed stream relocation, it became
apparent that the originally proposed relocation would not be possible — our geotech
folks recently warned against doing the excavation into the mountainside due to an
unstable slope above the site. Therefore, we find it now necessary to install a drain
pipe system to intercept the stream and ground water discharge.
