in Hyde County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to Juniper
Bay Creek, Stream Index No. 29-52-1, Tar-Pamlico River Basin.
Existing 24" X 40' RCP will be replaced by a 30" X 40' CAP at N 35.4153952° W
