jurisdictional area in Hyde County under Nationwide Permit 13 conditions. Locations
are on Florida Canal, Stream Index No. 29-70-5-2-1-3, Tar-Pamlico River Basin. Total of
111 linear feet of stream impact.

Site 2- Proposed 20 feet of Class B stone at N 35.549640° W 76.253474°
Site 3- Proposed 36 feet of Class B stone at N 35.551807° W 76.253171°
