Attached is the 404 and 401 permit application for Br 315 in Rowan. As an added note,
the stream width at the bridge is 15-18'; however up and downstream the stream
narrows to an average of 13', which is why the 13' low flow base width is
appropriate. Let me know if you have questions or need additional information.
