in Northampton County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to
the Kirbys Creek, Stream Index No. 25-4-4, Chowan River Basin.
Existing 18" X 30' CMP will be replaced by a 30" X 30' CAP at N 36.472536° W
77.164934°.
